Meet and Greet Service – We can arrange the driver of your vehicle to be waiting for you at the arrival point with your name on a board. The driver will escort you to where the vehicle is parked and take care of your luggage. This service comes at an extra cost of £10.
Credit Cards – We accept all major credit cards before or after your journey. However, to use this service a 10% handling fee is charged. All customers receive a receipt.
Day Trips – We have regular fares to Alton Towers, Blackpool, nights out etc. Let us make your trip as relaxing as possible.
Courier service – However urgent it is, we can deliver it promptly and confidentiality is protected at a high standard.
Fast and Reliable – You can pre book or you can ring on the spot. On Pre-bookings our drivers arrive 5 minutes before the pick-up time and on the spot calls we are averaging 10 minutes for the drivers to pick up. We are working hard to lower this so customers wait less and save time in their busy day.
Polite Drivers – All drivers are fully licensed with Stoke-on-Trent City Council. All drivers are very friendly and helpful to make the journey as comfortable as possible. They are willing to help all special needs customers as well as any luggage any customer has. All drivers are smartly dressed at all times and are professional at their job as well as been polite and courteous.

Vehicles – All vehicles are licensed with the local authority and fully insured. All vehicles are of high standard so are therefore valeted weekly. We have a variety of vehicles, such as, saloons, mpv’s and minibuses. All vehicles come with leather interior, satellite navigation and air conditioning as standard.
Business Account - This service is available for all businesses and companies who have regular requirements for taxis. This service involves setting up an account with us by providing details of your company. Once an account is set up we will take care of your travel requirements and the passengers will not have to pay for anything. After the job is complete we will send the invoice of the completed job to the company and they can choose to either pay the invoice direct into our bank account or they can send a cheque by post. The company can choose many options to send the job request details to us, such as, by phone, text or e-mail.
Day Bookings – Our vehicles can be booked for the day at the rate of £18 an hour
